10. GP Block of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

People have claimed to see the spirit of a woman sitting on the roof and others have added to see women wearing red clothes getting in and out of the house. It has been always seen that four men sitting inside the house around a table with a single candle lighted in the center, and having alcohol. The scenes keep repeating all over the house. Despite being a popular zone, there have been reportedly a lot of strange sightings. A house here is said to be the dwelling of the ghosts of several young boys and girls. Some people say that they have seen four males sitting together and enjoying an alcoholic beverage by the light of a single candle.

Shaniwarwada is a palace fort in the city of Pune in Maharashtra, India. Built in 1746, it was the seat of the Peshawar rulers of the Maratha Empire until 1818 when the Peshawar surrendered to the British. It is believed that the fort is haunted by the ghost of a young prince who was brutally killed when he was 13 year old. His ghost can be heard shrieking in the middle of the night and is most active on full moon days.

Being one of the biggest film cities in the country, There is a dirty secret, the city was built on a land where a cruel battle was fought. Thousands are believed to have perished here. Witnesses report the lights kept on top keep falling off, the light men- who sit with the lights on top have been pushed so many times and many have had grievous injuries. Females are more targeted by the ghosts than the males. Girls reported an invisible force tearing their clothes off, some said they felt someone knock their washroom doors while the rooms remain locked from the inside. Etc.

07. Brij Raj Bhavan Palace in Kota, Rajasthan

The 178-year-old Brij Raj Bhavan Palace of the former princely family of Kota in Rajasthan, which was converted into a heritage hotel in the 1980s has a resident ghost, namely that of Major Burton, who, while serving as the British Resident to Kota, was killed along with his two sons, by Indian soldiers  during the 1857 Mutiny. The ghost of Major Burton roaming in this vicinity.

This place is beautiful as well has mysterious, however it’s just the D jinns now, who dwell in these ruins. The place is said to be visited by fairies, numerous suicides have taken place here and although the authorities deny it, as every Thursday locals offer milk and grains with lighting candles and incense sticks in order to please D jinns living nearby.

05. Malcha Mahal, Delhi

Situated right next to Delhi Earth Station on the Bistdari Road in Delhi Ridge. Nobody tries to trespass the locality, as it looks horribly terrifying from the outside the palace is awfully scary.  Begum Wilayat Mahal committed suicide by drinking crushed diamonds. Her body was lying on her study desk for 10 days and her kids were mourning in grief.

04. The Barog Tunnel (Tunnel No. 33), Shimla

Shimla is dwelling to many scary stories. One such story is of Tunnel no.33, where the friendly ghost of Colonel Barog lounge around the tunnel during the night. Colonel Barog was a railway engineer during the times of the British Rule. Locals say that his ghost has friendly chats with people who take the tunnel. The tunnel is 140 yards long, water drips from its ceiling, and only after a few steps it gets very dark in the tunnel. The Government has tried to block the entrance of the tunnel by fitting a metal door but the lock is broken since a long time and anyone can open the creepy old door and feel the ghostliness.

This beach is famous for its black sand, situated along the Arabian sea in Gujarat. Hindus have a tradition of burning dead on the beach, plus spirits tend to be found more at places which are windy, and Dumas Beach is one of them. Especially at night, if you are walking towards the ocean, strange cries and whispers can be heard by morning walkers and tourists. It is believed that a lot of people have lost their lives exploring this mysterious beauty.

02. Vrindavan Society, Thane

It's hard to believe that ghost stories exist even amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.
There was a suicide in one of the buildings, Building 66B to be specific. The person who jumped off his balcony was an elderly person. No one knows why he committed suicide as there was no note left behind but ever since his death, residents of the building have felt presence of an unnatural force in the complex. A force that they cannot see but know that it sees them. Residents often complain that even while in their houses; they get this feeling that someone is peaking in from the window or standing out in the balcony

01.Bhangarh Fort, Rajasthan

Located on the way to Alwar and Jaipur in Rajasthan in India. As per a legend there was a black magic sorcerer who cursed the residents of the palace that they all would die an unnatural death and their spirits will stay there for centuries to haunt the fort forever.  Apparently there was a tantrik named Singhiya who was in love with Princess Ratnavati. He used his black magic on the princess, but it backfired on him and he died. But just before he did, he cursed the fort, saying that all who dwelt in the fort shall die. Till date people are warned not to visit the fort after sunset.
